About Carol Cavalaris
I live in the middle of a forest in the high country of Colorado. It is the wild beauty of my surroundings that inspires my mixed medium paintings of wildlife and nature. I grew up in Southern California and have been creating since childhood, always drawing, painting or making something. I have enjoyed many creative adventures, including sculpting, stained glass art, being a display artist, an interior designer, a graphic artist, a copywriter, a songwriter, a novelist, and a creative director. I love this Carol! You can feel the beat. I am a big fan of African drummers and I get to hear them fairly often. I even got play once, The rhythm can really get into you and it can be very relaxing and exciting at the same time. Well done as usual!
