Description
Ancient myth
Tells of a rose named Athena
A goddess who grows
In the mist
Of an enchanted waterfall
Where unicorn’s glow
And healing water flows
In a pastel blush
As if fairy kissed.
Roses In The Mist prose by Carol Cavalaris©
A unicorn and roses thriving in the pastel glow of a waterfall. This fantasy artwork features a rose called Athena, courtesy of Brigitte’s rose garden in France. It is also a tribute to my beloved Aunt Athena, who I like to imagine living peacefully in this tranquil place of beauty. From the Fantasy as well as Brigitte’s Roses Collection of art by Carol Cavalaris.
